Over the past 3-4 years I’d been struggling massively with repetitive hamstring strains during footy season. It was super frustrating as I’d felt like I’d been nailing my rehab/injury prevention and ticking all the right boxes.
I reached out to Dyl mid 2021 for some advice, and using video analysis he established that there were some technical issues with my running which may be increasing risk of hamstring strain. Over the next 6-12 months Dyl went to work with me on technique, tolerance to high speed running and strength based power.
Dyl’s knowledge and methods of coaching are absolute quality. The proof is in the pudding as I went through the whole 2022 season without straining a hammy…I don’t even experience awareness anymore!
