online training

why online training?

> Can't commit to weekly sessions?

> Can't afford private coaching?

> Have access to a gym but need a structured program?

 

If you relate to any of these points, then online training is for you! 

 

I believe that face-to-face coaching is the most effective form of training because it allows instant feedback and immediate program adaptation. However, I understand it's not a viable option for everyone. Fortunately, online programs allow you to complete structured and personalised training in your own time.

Based on an initial consultation, we create a program suited to your chosen sport and individual needs. Once developed, we utilise a face to face session to run you through the program in-person, to ensure exercises are understood and performed safely.

​

From there, you will be set up with and given access to an application (see picture) which will contain your program. This includes data input to track progress, exercise video demonstrations and a lot more amazing features.

 

Every 4-6 weeks, programs are reviewed and improved based on your progress.

Dylan provided me with a strength program for football to help me get prepared for the season ahead. 

​

The program was detailed and easy to follow.  He took me through each exercise to teach proper technique and form. 

​

As I went further into the program he was able to assist and tailor the program to further suit my needs.
