If you relate to any of these points, then online training is for you!
Online programs allow you to complete a structured and personalised training plan in your own time.
Based on an athlete questionaiire and the option of an initial consultation/assessment, we create a program suited to your chosen sport and individual needs.
From there, you will be set up with and given access to an application (see picture) which will contain your program. This includes data input to track progress, exercise video demonstrations and a lot more amazing features.
Every 5 weeks, your program is reviewed and progressed to align with your current training phase and preparation for your target event.
