what is athletic development?
Athletic development is the process of physically preparing the body to enhance performance in your chosen sport or event, and reduce the likelihood of injury.

By building on your strengths and identifying growth areas, I can assist you in becoming a well-rounded athlete and teach you how to prepare and train as a professional athlete would.
I will identify your program focal points through an initial movement screening and performance testing across strength, speed and power. Testing will coincide with a thorough consultation that aims to define your goals, injury history and sporting application.
My knowledge and experience allow me to get the best out of motivated and developing athletes of any age or level. Together, we can design a program that is individualised to meet your needs and takes your performance to the next level.
One on one coaching - sessions range from 45-60 minutes depending on the session.
