It depends! Everyone is different. Therefore, programs should be tailored to your ability, and designed to meet your needs and goals.

Unfortunately, the fitness industry is over-saturated with one-size-fits-all, high-intensity workouts that might achieve results initially, but are ultimately unsustainable. Avoid burnout or injury, and enjoy safe but challenging workouts that are balanced and progressive with long-term impacts.

To begin, you will undergo a postural evaluation and movement assessment which aims to identify your existing movement, strength and fitness abilities. Evaluations will also uncover any restrictions or limitations that might be contributing to movement dysfunction or pain.
I recognise that everyone's outlook on training is different; what one person might enjoy (running for example), another may despise. As such, I'm a big believer in sustainable health and fitness solutions that stem from doing what you love.
In accordance with my philosophy, I will provide this and facilitate the improvement and sustainability of your preferred method of training.
